A Community Climate Action Initiative

In recent years, we’ve experienced record heat, fires and pollution due to climate change. It’s a global problem caused by human activity that releases greenhouse gas.

The total amount of greenhouse gas generated by an individual or entity’s actions is called a carbon footprint. Every individual and home has one.

Carbon Neutral Kent Woodlands recognizes the urgent need to take action to combat climate change. We provide information and tools to help our members reduce their household carbon footprints and even achieve carbon neutrality.

We’ve Charted a Path

We value the natural beauty of this place we call home. We are determined to protect it so we can enjoy it and preserve it for generations to come. As a community, we can work together to make changes that will reduce our greenhouse gas emissions in order to prevent the devastating effects of climate change.

We hope to strengthen our sense of community while we help each other achieve carbon neutrality.
